Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team. If you decide to cancel before the end of your current billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next cycle.

Refund Policy

  • Within 5 Days: We offer refunds for subscriptions cancelled within 5 days of the original purchase date. If you cancel within this period and request a refund, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
  • After 5 Days: Cancellations made after the 5-day period are not eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must provide a valid reason for the cancellation.
  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Course Completion

If you have completed more than 50% of the courses included in your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-refundable Products

Processing Time
